Checklist
- Use the correct Google profile with Ads access.
- Go to Settings → Google Ads.
- Authorize and accept permissions.
- Select the correct Ads account (if multiple).
If no accounts appear
- You are signed into the wrong Google user.
- Your user has no Ads access.
- Access is granted via MCC and you need to choose the right account.

Use a dedicated integration user for stability.
