Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Solvra (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Service”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website and our brand analysis and AI-assisted campaign generation tools. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account and Sign-In Information

When you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information such as your email address, display name, and a unique Google identifier used to authenticate you and enable future sign-ins.

1.2 Onboarding / KYC Business Information

During onboarding, we may ask for business details such as company name, role/title, country, time zone, budget range, and high-level marketing goals. This helps us tailor the Service experience and (where applicable) billing settings.

1.3 Domains and Public Website Content for Analysis

When you add a domain and run an analysis, we may crawl and process publicly available content from that domain (e.g., landing page copy, headings, metadata, public images/assets, and general tone/style) to generate brand insights, a Brand Book, campaign concepts, and marketing assets.

Please do not submit confidential or sensitive information you do not want processed (for example: trade secrets, non-public customer data, medical information, government IDs, passwords, private keys, or API secrets).

1.4 Usage, Device, and Security Data

We collect technical and operational data such as IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, timestamps, performance metrics, error logs, and security events. We use this data to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

1.5 Billing and Payment Data

If the Service includes paid features (e.g., token packs or subscriptions), payments are typically processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. We may store transaction identifiers, payment status, and records needed for accounting, support, and fraud prevention.

2. How We Use Information

  • To operate and provide the Service (accounts, dashboards, domains, analyses, campaigns, token wallets).
  • To generate AI-assisted outputs such as Brand Books, campaign concepts, and advertising assets (search ads, banners, landing pages).
  • To manage billing, pricing, token grants, and prevent abuse or fraud.
  • To provide customer support and respond to requests.
  • To monitor, debug, secure, and improve the Service.

3. AI Processing and Third-Party Providers

To deliver analysis and generation features, we may use third-party infrastructure and AI providers. This may involve sending certain inputs (including public website content from your domain and prompts/instructions you submit) to those providers for processing. We aim to minimize personal data where it is not necessary.

Providers may process data in different countries depending on server locations and their terms.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only in the following situations:

  • Service providers: hosting, monitoring, analytics, security, authentication, payments, and AI processing, under appropriate confidentiality and processing terms.
  • Legal compliance: to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
  • Protection and enforcement: to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the Service, and to enforce our terms.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies required for core functionality (such as session management and sign-in). We may also use analytics tools to understand usage and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but blocking cookies may limit certain features.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and context.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information (such as access controls, monitoring, and encryption in transit where applicable). However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

  • You may update certain account details through the Service where available.
  • You may request access, export, or deletion of certain information, subject to legal requirements and legitimate operational needs.
  • If we send marketing communications (if any), you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
