Use filters first
The asset library can grow quickly when you generate many versions. Use filters before scrolling manually. Filter by brand, asset type, language, campaign, or status to narrow the list to the assets that matter for the task you are working on.
Search by title or content
If you remember part of the asset title, channel, campaign idea, or message, use search to find it. Search is especially helpful when several assets were generated from the same strategy or visual concept.
Use favorites and statuses
Mark strong assets as favorites when you want to return to them quickly. Use statuses such as draft, ready, approved, used, or archived to make it clear where each asset stands in the workflow.
Archive old experiments
Regeneration creates new versions, which is useful, but it can also create clutter. Archive versions that are no longer relevant so the library stays focused on usable outputs.
