When to use a token pack
A one-time token pack is useful when you need additional tokens for a specific campaign, brand setup, visual concept batch, or asset production sprint. It does not require changing your subscription plan and can be used as an add-on when your current balance is not enough.
Purchase flow
Open the Pricing or Billing area, choose the token pack that matches your expected usage, and click the checkout button. Solvra will start the PayPal checkout flow. Complete the payment on PayPal, then return to Solvra after the payment is confirmed.
After payment
Once the payment is completed successfully, the tokens should be added to your workspace balance. If you do not see the updated balance immediately, refresh the page and check the token balance indicator in the application header or billing area.
If the tokens do not appear
If the payment was completed but the tokens were not added, open a support ticket. Include the package name, PayPal transaction details, payment time, and the email used for the purchase.
