How the account is created

What is tied to Google
Your login method. If you switch Google accounts, you are effectively switching to a different app account. If you need a single workspace for multiple Google users, keep naming conventions consistent and align on a shared direction template.
Tip
If you accidentally used the wrong Google profile, log out, choose the correct profile, and sign back in. Your original work remains under the original email.
