Your first 10 minutes
Updated 2026-04-11

Goal

In the first 10 minutes, you want one solid output you can actually use: a brand book + a first direction + one channel draft. This prevents “analysis paralysis” and keeps token usage efficient.

Step-by-step

  1. Finish onboarding: enter your company basics and goals so outputs match your intent.
  2. Add your main domain: use a clean root domain (example.com) and start an analysis.
  3. Open the finished brand book: scan tone, key messages, audience assumptions, and differentiators.
  4. Create one strategic direction: pick one audience and one promise.
  5. Generate one channel: Search or Social is usually the fastest to review.

What “good” looks like

You should end with a clear promise sentence and a short list of proof points. If output is vague, tighten the direction: specify audience + outcome + proof.
